Office Suites 205 and 206 have been combined as one office suite that includes 8 rooms and covers 1,100 sq. ft..   Two bathrooms and a kitchen area are included. 3 extra large windows overlook Main Street to the west and another 3  give you a glimpse of Penobscot Bay to the east.  Water, sewer and basic heat is included.  These two spaces could be separated into two separate office suites if needed.  There is a private stairway down to the Main Street sidewalk.  The included imovable safe has not been carefully checked for secret compartments filled with gold bars.
