There is a one year minimum lease and 1st,  security and references will be required.  Electricity and heat is dependent upon your preferences and is not included, however, complete "prior use" utility records are freely available.   Free municipal parking is in the adjacent parking lot.  The entrance to space 305 is located  at 417 Main Street.  Space 305 is on the top floor so it is normally very quiet since no one is living directly above you.  .  
This historic  brick building is continually being upgraded  and is now completely  protected by a full NFPA 13 Sprinkler system that is interfaced to a state of the art pull alarm  and smoke detection system.  All three systems are connected directly to the Rockland Fire department.   Your safety is taken very seriously.
Space  305 is a large (562 sq. ft.) single space that has beautiful antique exposed brick walls which offer wonderful asthetics and soundproofing.   There is excellent ventilation from the three new, extra large, tilt and wash insulated windows.  The addition of about 18 inches of overhead insulation above the roughsawn ceiling planks and joists keeps the space cool in the summer and holds in the heat in the winter.  It is complete with your own thermostat and all new electric wiring, including new cat5 communications cable. Only two other offices on this floor share the common bathroom.   There is also wireless internet available within the building and cable runs to the building.
