Space  304 is a medium sized (397 sq. ft.) single room office/studio space with large modern east facing windows that offer lots of light, distant vistas and a glimpse of windjammers in Rockland Harbor and Penobscot Bay in the distance.   It is a quiet and private space that is well insulated and easy to heat.   There is excellent ventilation from the two new, extra large, tilt and wash insulated windows.  The addition of about 18 inches of overhead insulation above the roughsawn ceiling planks and joists keep the space cool in the summer and holds in the heat in the winter.  It is complete with your own thermostat and all new electric wiring including plenty of outlets. Two other single office spaces on this floor share a common bathroom, located down the hall, with Space 304.   Cat 5 data cable is already in place and cable and  wireless internet is also  available.  The thick brick walls and this top floor location results in a quiet space that is very affordable.
